Unlike other companies that charge extra for a semi-annual deep clean, our Signature Clean IS a Deep Clean. We perform this rigorous standard every single time we visit.

All Rooms

  • Dusting and wiping top-to-bottom (ceiling fans, vents, blinds, baseboards)
  • Wiping down all accessible surfaces and furniture
  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
  • Emptying all trash receptacles
  • Sanitizing high-touch points (doorknobs, light switches)
  • Sliding glass doors cleaned (inside & out)

Kitchen

  • Wiping exterior of all cabinets
  • Cleaning exterior and interior of microwave
  • Degreasing and scrubbing stovetop
  • Sanitizing countertops and backsplashes
  • Polishing the sink and fixtures
  • Wiping down the exterior of all appliances

Bathrooms

  • Deep scrubbing of showers, tubs, and tile grout
  • Thorough sanitizing of toilets (inside and out)
  • Polishing mirrors and glass doors
  • Cleaning and polishing sink fixtures
  • Folding towels hotel-style
